How do I receive these artifacts?
They are delivered via email typically.
Do the artifacts come in special formats?
Most of our artifacts are in microsoft products like excel, word, powerpoint.
These often can be mapped to other project management tools or products.
Could you make it in my tool we use like Wrike, Monday.com., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp....etc...etc.
There are MANY project management tools out there now and even more to come. Many can intergrate or "be fed" an excel file and convert it to their format and plans.
We're keeping this simple.
Can't I just buy a template myself for much cheaper?
You can certainly take time to search and find cheap, blank templates.
- You have to fill it out, it's not ready to use, it's ready for you to work on.
- You could hire someone cheap to fill it out and they would probably charge at least 5-6 hours. Rework may happen. Quality will be suspect.
- You could buy a professional template (recently I saw one for sale for $599) which is blank, and then you could pay for their services which include more than you asked for and cost more than wanted (you're buying what they sell you, not what you want).
Or you can buy the thing you want and that only, filled out and ready to use (execute on the plan) for a fraction of the cost from me (a professional with 20 years experience in project management). You decide, good luck.
