How does this work?

You choose which phase we run for you. This allows you to pause if necessary, pivot or adjust plans.

When you hire a contractor or consulting agency they are on the clock to get all of it done as fast as possible and move onto their next gig. They typically won't pause or allow for you to adjust (scope creep from their SOW). You are also at risk that their resources will drop off your projects and prioritize another client that is fully engaging them.

This service allows you to do all phases or just one at time strategically.

Do I have to choose a phase in a logical order?

Yes and no. If you have completed a phase by yourself with another third party, we can step in and complete the next phase. We may need to evaluate the previous phases to ensure everything was done correctly and you are setup for success.

Some phases will require us to first have dependent phases completed (e.g. we won't do monitoring and control if you haven't done the planning and execution phases yet, as there would be nothing to monitor and control.)

Is this all remotely done in collaboration with my company or will you be onsite?

Mostly remote. We can make exceptions for clients to come onsite, additional onsite fees would apply.
